How far in advance do I need to book my appointment?
We’re always happy to accommodate walk-ins, however, we are a busy salon and recommend reserving your appointments with as much notice as possible, so we can accommodate your schedule.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Of course! We just ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice – this gives us the opportunity to fill your reservation spot.
What happens if I cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice?
If less than 48 hrs notice is given, a deposit of 50% of your next desired service amount will be required to reserve future appointments. This deposit will be applied towards the appointment reserved and will be surrendered if the reservation is changed or cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice.
If my regular stylist is booked can I see another stylist?
We have a cancellation list for each stylist and can call you if/when something opens up during your preferred day and time. You’d be surprised how often this happens!
Please feel free to book with another one of our Sin 7 stylists in the interim. We do this all the time, honest! Your regular stylist will be super happy you’re here with us instead of someplace else. We promise!
What if I don’t know what I want?
We have you covered – your stylist will work with you to create a look you’ll love!
We LOVE IT when you bring pictures! Don’t feel weird about that at all. The more information we have the better we can help you achieve a look that works for you.
How much will my service cost?
Visit our services page for a general idea of service pricing. For an accurate price, your stylist will inform you of the cost before starting the service so there are no surprises.
What if I am dissatisfied with my hair service?
Our goals is to have you LOVE your hair! If you are dissatisfied with your service or experience please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@sin7salon.com.
How do I know what stylist to see?
We have a stylist for everyone! Visit our “Team” page to meet our stylists. We have four levels of stylists: Graduate, Intermediate, Advanced and Master. Our stylist levels are determined by the level of education, experience and technical ability.
