Most of your questions will be answered on our FAQ page. In order for you to get the most out of your experience at Sin 7 Salon, we’ve put together this additional list of tips and policies.

  • Booking: the easiest, fastest way is to call Hair Traffic Control at 604-560-5360. Booking can also be done via email at booking@ sin7salon.com. Online booking isn’t available at this time.
  • We LOVE IT when you bring pictures! Don’t feel weird about that at all. The more information we have the better we can help you achieve a look that works for you.
  • Please allow 24 hrs notice to change or cancel an appointment. If less than 24 hrs notice is given, a deposit of 50% of your next desired service amount will be required to reserve future appointments. This deposit will be applied towards the appointment reserved and will be surrendered if the reservation is changed or cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice.
  • Any issues or concerns with a service should be reported within 10 days of the service.  See the FAQs for more on this.
  • Product returns must be accompanied by receipt within 30 days of purchase, and will be given equal exchange or store credit only.
  • If you’re running a bit late (less than 15 minutes) we can usually still accommodate you; we might have to skip your scalp massage and/or give you a quickie blow-dry so the guests booked after you don’t have to wait.  A heads up that you’re running behind is most appreciated.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we might have to ask you to reschedule.
  • We respect your time and try very hard to stay on schedule. If your stylist is running behind, every effort will be made to contact you in advance to let you know; we’ll also do our very best to start your service on time with the help of our teammates.
  • Maybe don’t wear a turtleneck, especially for colour services.  😉
  • Payment: we accept Visa, Mastercard, debit/Interac, and of course cash.
