Sigh.  We really REALLY didn’t want to ever have to do this.  Instead of the issue of no-shows and last-minute cancellations getting better, it’s gotten exponentially worse, so we’ve had to implement a new policy.  Please take a minute to read about it here, and if you have any questions or concerns please direct them to Courtney at info@sin7salon.com.  If there is a true emergency, of course we will deal with that accordingly.

We hold our guests in the highest regard, and we absolutely respect your time and the fact that “life happens”.  We also care deeply for our team of stylists, who work so very hard at Sin 7 Salon making you look and feel wonderful.  As you know, we live in one of the most expensive regions in North America, and our cost of living is going nowhere but UP UP UP.  When you’re missing a huge chunk of a paycheque due to no-shows and last-minute cancellations, well, it makes it that much harder just to survive.  Our stylists work on a commission basis, and we need to protect them.  When you make an appointment, that time is held for you.  If you don’t show, that stylist doesn’t get paid for that time (sometimes up to 3 or more hours, depending).  If you cancel within 24 hours, we have a very slim chance of filling the spot. More than 24 hours, we can usually do it.  We hope you understand.
